Why am I not consistent when playing on a wall?
I’ve started tennis 2 months ago. I try to practice at least 4 times a week. I’ve played with people which is much easier to play than on a wall! But I love playing on the wall. The only issue is, I’m not consistent, meaning I can’t hit the same spot over and over again. And I don’t know how to fix it. Like the wall doesn’t give me a chance to work on my forehand technique, backhand, etc bc in every time I hit the ball, it goes a different direction or it comes back much farther or much closer. I can only maybe go 3 times consistently until the ball decided to do its own thing. And that’s why it doesn’t let me practice my techniques.
And I know it’s possible to consistently hit the same spot with the same pace. Bc I’ve watched so many videos of people doing it But how? Im holding my racquet correctly, im turning my body, but the ball doesn’t wanna come back to me???? 😭
