Saturn 3 resin printer issues

Have a heater setup to keep resin/printer warm. Set to 73°F (23°C). Heater on the side having the problem.

I am guessing that it is to hot or the heater needs to be pointed another way. (The heater is on the side on picture 4.) I am newer to printing and trying to make this work in the winter.

Some prints are messed up low (on legs), lacking detail and messed up on heads. Dragon is missing it's lower jaw and one wing is missing patches. Troll on the opposite side of the heater has a flat arm, half head and some minies didn't print st all.
