LitNXT order change/cancellation
Hello guys, I placed an order from Litnxt and it was confirmed January 13th and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted them and requested if I can change my color choice, given it has not shipped yet.
It has been 2 days now since I communicated and still has no reply/acknowledgement.
I used the contact us tab to send my requests. I had sent one January 16 morning and another one in the evening.
- Is there other ways to get them to respond?
- I do not see a CANCEL order tab/option. Has anyone tried cancelling with them before? How did you proceeded?
