Are there any mods for single player trading?

I've picked up playing this again, and while playing I started to wonder if there was a mod to sell off the junk I don't need and convert them to something more useful. I figured the chances of such a mod existing was quite high, but I've spent the last half hour looking through mods and the only ones I can find relate to player trading in multiplayer. If anyone has any mod suggestions (or can just tell me these mods don't exists due to some technical difficulty) that would be great!
