Anyone know who the random teacher in S4E9 is?

She's in the teacher's lounge and has a few lines, one about how Dennis keeps asking her out to Paddy's. I'm not sure if I just wasn't paying attention but I don't think I've seen her before. They don't introduce her so has she been in previous episodes?
