how bad is the heat during spring/summer at BMT?

i’ve never experienced dry heat due to being in the east coast all my life. is it worse than the humid heat over here? how many times will we be outside with in our ocps during the day? how can i push through if it starts to feel unbearable? and are there lots of bugs at pacer forge? not scared of bugs just curious
