Complete Silence form Hicity Jack

Placed an order on their website and payed thru wise 4 days ago.

Didn't hear anything or receive and email communication. Messaged Jack on his Whatsapp a day later.

Have now heard nothing back and my initial message was sent but not seen. My second message wasn't even received.

I know it was the weekend but now it's Tuesday with no communication.

Have I been scammed? Is there a way to get my money back thru wise? I have heard that jack typically responds within 24 hours. I am getting concerned.
