Freezing and refreezing analog film

Hey friends! I know freezing has been discussed a lot here already but I believe my case is a little different. All recommendations for freezing I hear suggest one time freezing and also only in original packaging. Now I have a special project that would require using the same film over the course of multiple years. Most films expire way earlier than that I don't think I can just leave it out over that time span so my idea was to put it inside a removable film back and store that inside Tupperware and/or a Ziploc and freeze it when not in use. I read many warnings about moisture buildup but can't this potentially be mitigated by leaving it out for 24/48hrs before using? What else could be problematic?
