Volume changes randomly when plugging in headphones

I have an Oppo A78, when I plug in it my JBL headphones the media volume changes randomly, either too high or too low, this issue just randomly appeared.

I have connected the headphones to other devices and it doesn't do that same when I connected some airpods to my Oppo. It even happens when the phone is sleeping and playing music.
