question about rainbow tier pets (kinda?)

im trying to get my water bear to rainbow tier & im not good at math or numbers so im having a hard time figuring out how to do ts so is it possible to buy the water bears, level them up to whatever & let someone else who knows how it works do it for me? idk if this is even making sense TT numbers mess up my brain big time
