Tips for dealing with uneven floors causing motion sickness

I just moved into a 3rd story walk up in an old house. I didn't notice when I viewed the place that all the floors are sloped towards the center of the open concept unit. While this isn't super obvious when just in the unit briefly, especially while wearing shoes and walking around, I'm finding it's causing me a lot of motion sickness! I feel nauseous 24/7 and dizzy for at least 30 minutes after leaving the apartment!

Has anyone experienced this and, if so, any tips for visual cues that might counterbalance the slope and easing the motion sickness feeling it creates?! Will it get better as I get used to it (I have only been here a few days)? It's otherwise beautiful, everything I could ask for, I just hate feeling so SICK!
