Shared speakers across a Mac and PC set up?

hi there-

i'm building a battlestation with both a PC and Macbook pro (for work). I currently use the Razer Leviathan soundbar (and subwoofer) connected to my Macbook via headphone jack. Once I add the PC, is there a switch I can buy that will allow me to do this? I'm also looking at upgrading my speaker set up (though have been happy with the soundbar....)
