5W-20 Synthetic Blend Oil - 2016 Honda CRV SE - Bad?

Hi, my mechanic put 5W-20 Valvoline Daily Protect Synthetic Blend oil in my 2016 honda CRV SE - is that bad? I think it technically calls for 0W-20. I live in New Jersey though and it doesn't get super cold. Kind of worried though.
