Where do you all buy jeans?

I’m about 155cm and for the love of God I cannot find a decent high rise jeans that doesn’t go right up to my bra line and doesnt’t make my mum pouch in the lower belly area too obvious. It also leaves quite a bit of space in the crotch area that it looks like I am wearing a baggy high rise mum jeans. Any recommendations?
