Regretting buying on former landfill in Spring Farm

Hey everyone

Made a recent purchase in Spring Farm which is a suburb that has been built ontop of a former landfill. At the time I wasn't aware of the issue being this bad but every morning I smell strong odour in the air and it is very bad. Any tips on what I can do? I can't believe they are actively selling houses at these prices in the area
