Move Insoles make my feet hurt more

I walked around in Move Game Day Insoles for a day in my casual shoes, then played with them in LeBron NXXT Gen. The bottom of my right foot hurt while playing, and a day later it's still sore. Is this normal? I might just go back to the stock sole which didn't cause this pain. The reason I got the insole was because I was feeling knee pain from the NXXT Gen. Now it feels like pick your poison.

I have flat feet.
