Was diagnosis helpful?
From people's experiences here (as pwBPD or their loved ones), is it better to be diagnosed (or for the loved one to be diagnosed) or not to be diagnosed?
The benefits of diagnoses versus any downsides. Are there people who would have preferred not to? Are there situations where it would be better not to be diagnosed?
Was it helpful for you when you got your diagnoses? Did it help to provide you tools to understanding and strategies to minimise symptoms and generally improve life? Or was it a negative experience (at the beginning? Overall?)
Thoughts on the impacts of missing the diagnosis / a mis-diagnosis.
