Dark Urge playthrough questions

What's up everybody, since I kinda killed Scratch and lost the Owlbear cub in my good playthrough, I'm wondering if I can befriend them and earn those couple of trophies (aling with rescuing Sazza) as a Durge?

It's BG3 so I'm pretty sure I can do whatever I want, just don't wanna lock myself out of those things from the very start

Also, is it possible to romanca Karlach and get that trophy as a Durge?
