Lmao, the game told me off

So, I've gotten into the habit, for some reason, of murdering Shadowheart on the beach, if she dies on the Nautiloid during the prologue. Feel like it's only fair she gets the same treatment as Lae'zel here. And, in case anyone isn't aware, killing her here starts a cutscene that forces the Astral Prism into your inventory, so it doesn't mess with game progression.

So, off I went, my first Honour Mode playthrough starting strong, having managed to kill the Mind Flayer on the ship and drop the Everburn Blade, perfect for a melee character, probably Karlach. My Green Dragonborn Sorcerer manages to somehow reach the transponder without a scratch (can't say the same for Lae'zel and Shadowheart, but hey, that's how it goes), and we crash on the beach, hitting Level 2.

Now, I went and did my recent usual of going to kill Shadowheart in cold blood for literally no reason, other than she can be a bit whiny and I don't want my stalker ex-girlfriend following me around for simply ignoring her. And I had the perfect thing for it - Shadowheart has 10 Health, as she doesn't level up until she's added to my party and has pretty low Constitution, so my Poison Breath had a pretty good chance of doing a full damage roll, having a damage range of 2-12. So, I can easily one shot her with my bad breath, this'll be no problem.

Well, she took 7 damage, woke up, was apparently surprised, and threw a Guiding Bolt at me point blank and, for the first time in her life, hit something and one shot me. My first Honour Mode death. The game told me off for trying to kill Miss Plot Armour 😂
