How to repel & get rid of stink bugs?

I’m seriously afraid and have a phobia of stink bugs 🥲

Ideas of how to repel them?

They keep getting in somehow 😭

I have cats & dogs so whatever ideas HAVE to be toxic free for both dogs & cats to breathe near/possibly ingest (bc well, cats)

There’s currently one in my fish tank that I’m growing carpeting plants in 🥲 idk how to get it out without freaking out or damaging the delicate baby plants
