Coming back around to the BVD possibility - Driving is TOUGH

Hi all - I'll make this as short as I can:

About 6 years ago we were coming back from a weekend at the beach and as soon as I hit the highway I felt like I was going to black out. I've always LOVED driving and never had a problem. LONG story short it's never gone away. I always "feel" whatever it is but it ramps up drastically on the highway. I notice I feel it more slightly more in big box stores as well. I've had all the tests (MRI, multiple DRs, anxiety meds, etc.) and went to a BVD specialist a couple years ago. She said I had a minor misalignment and got a script for prisms. I ended up with progressive lenses which I hated (I've always had 20/20 and still do to my knowledge). They never helped and I gave up on them. Nothing has changed over the years and I read on another thread that progressives are not good for BVD? I've also read alot obout Neurolens and wondering if that's new? I need help - I miss being able to drive!!!!
