Stuck with this chalazion for almost a year!

Hi, i wanted to show this picture to get some other advice on how to treat it. I’ve had this for a little under a year now. I have been so fed up with this. I’m coming close to a big change in my life and i really want to move on from this. I’ve visited my ophthalmologist multiple times where i’ve been prescripted multiple different things like ointments and oral pills. On top of that i’ve done sterile injections and one surgery. The surgery didn’t feel like it did anything as it still left that red bump on my eye.

After all of that, the red bump remained on my eye. Please let me know if there’s anything else i should consider!

I also did do a lot of warm compresses but didn’t see any improvement, especially from the bump.
