Uneven Frame Pacing.

Hey everybody, I'm just wondering if there's a magic bullet fix for the wonky frame pacing/frametime or if it's just an optimization issue for the emulator currently. Patches I'm using are 60fps delta time, skip intro, no motion blur and force Enable old hunters dlc. V Blank is set to 2. Specs are 4070 super, 7800x3d, 32gb. ram.
