Elo compensation for poor internet connection leading to loss of games?

Should players get elo compensation for loosing games due to internet problem. They can't control the internet and even then, brawl stars always seems to have troubles even if the internet speed is exceptional. This has caused many frustrations, for example I was retreating with all the gems with collete and I gadgeted and then my it started lagging with me not being able to move or shoot, leading to the loss of a ranked game.
