Cat keeps scratching doors at night, please help!

Hello! First time poster here, I will try and keep the problem as short as possible.

I have 2 cats, we live in secluded woodlands. They’re healthy, indoor/outdoor cats.

They have 3 litter boxes, and constant food supply all over the house. Yet, here is the problem: Our feeding schedule has always been the same since they were kittens, they recieve wet cat food around 9 AM each morning, and at 7PM each evening. Throughout the day and night they have bowls of dry cat food always available.

The older cat (1yr old) wakes us up each morning around 5 AM, scratching at the bedroom door, it can go on for hours, it usually wakes us up and as we walk outside she demands food although the bowl is FULL with dry food. This has been a constant problem now, and we can’t get any sleep anymore. It’s loud and annoying, the door is nearly missing a piece already from scratching. If we leave the door open she will relentlessly run iver our heads, bite our fingers or pee on the bed, which is why we close it at night.

I am out of solutions on what to do to make her stop, the feeding schedule is always the same. The bowls are always full. Water is always available. She can leave on her own accord as we have cat doors on every outside leading door. Litter boxes are cleaned everyday. She has 4 scratching posts and 2 cat trees. Numerous toys and a much younger cat to play with, yet she keeps on scratching.

She’s my 10th cat, and the first that’s ever done this so I don’t know how to approach and train her to stop? It’s driving me nuts waking up each day at 5AM and being unable to sleep because of her scratching.

I would ask for some advice/solutions on what to do.

Adding a picture of the two devils.
