failing in 11th practical

so i had my practical yesterday, had to make a ppt and give a presentation plus i also had to give viva now ppt to i did make and i was also ready to present but khade hote hi i forgot everything and i went blank. teacher did not ask me anything but said ki time hoga to fir lelengi but she didnt now idk what to do will i fail in practicals? my school says ki practical ka no retest and if you fail in practical but pass in theory u will still fail

is this true or will i fail and repeat class 11
