Pro upgrade - no invoice or email confirmation?

I upgraded to Pro but I got no email confirmation or any confirmation anywhere about the upgrade except it says 'pro' within the Capcut dektop program.
I need an invoice for my accounts but have not heard back from Capcut after emailing a few weeks ago (have checked spam) about getting an invoice.

Does anyone know how to get an invoice from them as I've never known any other paid software that has given me no info or email confirmtion at all about my purchase?
