Which DLCs are the most important?

So I am playing vanilla Cities Skylines for a while, because I wanted to see how it looks like and I liked it. Now, looking on the subreddit,l I'm starting to wonder which DLCs are the most important? Which is the one that helps making better exchanges? Thanks for any help, have a nice day!
