Hope Roofing?

Anyone have any experience with Hope Roofing & Restoration? They were out in my parents' neighborhood today and convinced them that they could get their insurance to totally cover the damage to the roof. I can't find much about them online, and I don't really trust anyone who comes to the house to sell anything besides Girl Scout cookies. Just want to prevent my elderly parents from getting taken advantage of or scammed!
