Is this normal?

I recently started going to a gym that had showers for the first time and this morning a guy had his Bluetooth speaker up and was playing music in the shower. I love listening to music in the shower alone, but to do it in the gym showers at full volume? Is that normal? Like I said im.kind of new to the gym scene
