I saw lots of interest in this idea yesterday so let's give it a shot! Online freeroll poker tourney tonight for community members. The starting time is approximate...I could push it back ~30 minutes if there's a lot of last minute activity. Aiming for 7pm (Central Time) tonight.
Please read the details below, ask questions, and let's try to have some fun. I'm putting up the prizes for this one since we're still in beta-testing mode here and anything can happen. There's no entry fee so it's a total freeroll for ya. Maybe down the road we can do bigger prizes and community givvy's but for this one, it's mostly just a test run to gauge interest and test the software out. If it all crashes or something catastrophic happens, I'll just do a raffle for y'all or something for the prizes. It should work tho! Let's be chill and have a good time.

HOW TO ENTER: I'll share a link to the tournament. Click that and then click 'Request Participation'. Then sign in with whatever option you want (signing in saves your game if you switch devices or refresh/leave and come back, etc etc.) - I'll get notified to approve your entry to the tournament. I'll do that, and your status will change from 'waiting for approval' to 'enrolled' and you're all set. Then you just wait around til it starts and peruse the Tournament Overview page...maybe type some trash talk in the tourney chat box, etc.
About 30 minutes before the game I should be in the tourney chat and here on Reddit approving last-minute entries. Then we play!
RULES:
Identification: Please use your Reddit name in the poker tournament OR at least DM me on Reddit with your poker name so if you win a prize, I can look you up later and get it to you. Don't be overly diffucult to find or you may just be donating your wins back into the prizepool. 👀
New Accounts: If you have never posted anything in the r/currencytradingcards subreddit before today, or your account on Reddit is brand spankin' new...please go engage in the sub a bit, and catch us on the next tourney. I won't be sending out prizes to super new accounts like this becuase it creates a big potential to rig/scam with multiple new accounts, and this game is really meant for the community members to enjoy. So I'll be checking when I contact you to send out prizes, and I hope you've engaged with the community at least once, ever. Or else you get feet pics. Thems the rules. 🤷♂️
