Been applying for one year

I cannot get a job. I live in Raleigh, NC. Not a small town. I only have 1 year experience but I’m only applying at entry level positions. I have tech support, database, software dev, and digital marketing experience. All entry. I’ve been applying for a year and still stuck being a receptionist. Any tips? What am I doing wrong? I’d prefer remote or hybrid but I’m applying at in person, too.
