Would you pay for a domain landing page?

I used to use Dan.com which charged 5% for landing pages if you sold through them and 9% if you used their escrow service,
Now they have been bought by Afternic the commission has gone up to 30% which seems really unreasonable
I'm thinking of starting a simple domain landing page startup where users can pay a monthly fee or lower commission to sell their domain name
It would include escrow.
Do you think this is a good idea?
