Took speed for the first time today

So today i was with a friend and he offered me speed ( a powder like cocaine)…. I snored a few times during 1 hour… but did not get really high… when I started to feel unconfortable I stopped doing…. Now 2 hours later. I dont feel anyhing. Dont feel high… but my heart beat still a little high

Should I expect a comedown tomorrow?

Also I use Vyvanse. Can i take that to help with comedown?
