Will putting dry flower into glass make it better?

So I got a lot of flower from Rise. Unfortunately some of it was packaged a while ago and the jars they come in suck. My question is, can I just throw em in a Mason jar and they'll get better over time? Or do I have to buy those humidifier packs?
