DO BETTER FLOWERY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this? It's not sometimes or here or there. EVERY F'ING TIME! So everytime I've called customer service for answers to a question or something regarding my order. (Usually the latter). Im told one thing or how to do said thing a certain way. Even said "to our policy" ............etc. then they give the answer. Now fast forward say a month or 2 or even 2 weeks whatever time. I'll call in to confirm or verify what I was told last time to do and it's completely wrong. Different rep totally different answer or what I did to order or whatever is wrong. Everytime I say that's not what I was told I get the SAME " Well moving forward"!......its frustrating because i/u order so much and this happens all the time.....do better flowery customer service. Its really not hard to keep everyone on the same page.... ( i used to run a 200 seat call center and everyone was 100% on the same page )ok rant over.....but really anyone else get this to?
