Series with the Highest Level of Magic - Highest High Fantasy?

What series have you read that you think is the most magical?

Not in the sense of a magical feeling, but a world filled with magic, magic systems etc?

I've seen some places cite The Riftwar by Feist, Cradle by Wight, or The Stormlight Archive by Sanderson

I would say Cradle is more magical than Stormlight as most people have some ability that is 'magical'
