FIRE in AT with mainly ETFs 30 year strategy

Was just reading this post:

If I want to become FIRE in the next 30 years living in Austria with investing for example in ETFs. For buying stocks/etfs... there is no tax to pay, but only for selling this is 27% currently if I'm not mistaken.

  1. Is there any tax reduction for long term investing like for example in some countryes after 25 years of holding you pay 0% tax when selling? Paying 27% on the profit after 30 years(or any timeframe) is a large sum in my opinion.

2.What is your plan to become FIRE in Austria?

  1. How to pay less capital gain taxes if possible?

  2. I dont see an FIREAustria community on Reddit, should we make one?

EDIT: numbering of 1.-4. Question
