I feel like I won the lottery

We won a condo at list price in Virginia. It listed on Thursday, we toured on Friday, signed an offer on Saturday and was accepted on Sunday. Inspection found nothing wrong with it even though it was built in the 60s. It just appraised $8k over offer and I’m excited that it all came together. It was a little smaller then we originally wanted but had a big patio (with a lawn for our future puppy) and great location and lower price and HOA. We don’t close until May 23rd (sellers needed time to move) but mortgage should go through now since we where pre-approved.
