Mock results... Need advice

So honestly i did surprisingly better than i thought, obviously the standards of thus subreddit these grades are appalling/j...

My question is i intend to start revising after the February half term (as im on a ski trip during it) im not aiming for all 8's and 9's but hoping for all 6 and 7's , with 3 months of revision if it possible to boost my grades up? (I know i left it way too late but im a procrastinator)
