Existence of Baby?????

Okay, so I’ve been seeing on this subreddit people saying she didn’t actually have a baby. Is there any credible source for this? Where is it coming from? Obviously she’s out 24/7, but she could 100% have childcare. I think I’m just out of the loop, but what is this whole theory based on aside from that?
