What will solve gamestops issues?

Are they too Corporate and maybe should operate like a local game/card shop? Hold events and stuff? To bring in revenue.

I know they tried dabbling into pc and tech seems to have been limited at least around me.

Black Friday was ass, everything is extremely overpriced typically compared to Walmart or Amazon. I get they are much bigger but man it’s sad because I do enjoy going to GameStop.

I needed an Xbox controller, gaming keyboard and mouse.

Found all three at Walmart for a total difference in price of 70 dollars. I bought for Black Friday 2 Pokémon figures for my kids ( originally 25 on sale for 15each) , returned it 2-3 days later when I found the same figures at Costco 4 for 30 dollars. Costco is an extreme but that’s a normal price for them not on sale

My local GameStop is also only opened 12-8

What would improve the experience for both customers and employees.
