Help finding an episode?

So i've totally gone down a rabbit hole trying to find a character from Gintama who shares a VA with another show i watch. I started trying to find what episode this character,Matsuko, is from but i really seem to remember her being a part of a bit about Katsura coaching a girl's basketball team?? and there being some rivalry between the girl and another girl with glasses, then Matsuko turns out to be sick and ends up in the hospital and glasses girl is really upset or something along those lines. I dont remember the whole bit but for the life of me i cant remember the episode thats from either. i could be wrong and the first girl could be totally unrelated to the bit but i wanna find both the EP the first girl is from and the episode the basketball bit is from, help? I realize this is very obscure but ive been scouring the first 100 eps for like forever now and i cant find it. it's before the aspect ratio switch i know that much.
