Iranians emigrating and getting a job

I'm a native Spanish national and i have some friends from Iran that i met while traveling that want to come and live in Spain. They both speak very good English but no Spanish (they are English teachers).

What would you recommend for them to do to be able to come?

Once here, what are the kind of jobs that would accept such profiles?

I can and will obviously help then from here but I'm kind of lost on how to fuse them to kick start the process.
