Anyone can explain this?

Could someone explain what benefits Ye would have in using an AI voice model on his own voice? If he says that AI is like Auto-Tune for him, I’d like to understand how that makes sense.

Do the vocals mix themselves? Why would he use a filter that emulates his own voice over a recording of his actual voice? The fact that he says certain things but then isn’t able to explain them (I know we don’t have the interview in good quality, but from what we could understand, he just states that he’s going to use it) only causes confusion within the fanbase and honestly kills a big part of the hype that was building around Bully.
