Can a 10yr old play this game?

I know it is PEGI 12 but my 10yr old nephew (comes over ever second weekened) has seen me playing and would like to play as well. I think he would be fine with it but I would like some second opnions. I have completed all the Quests and dont think the Main Storyline is too bad, I would be hesitant about letting him play the Tobbs Quest and the Sebestain Storyline as he can be a bit touchy and emotional.

I would be with him when he plays for help and guidence if that informs anyones comment.
