Hummer H3 question/suggestions

Hey, so I'm buying a 2006 Hummer H3 off my Aunt soon, it has all the luxury amenities of 2006, but I was looking for any suggestions to upgrade, look into, or anything that may need work if anyone has ideas. Thus far I know it has a power steering leak somewhere that we can't find, and some undercarriage rust which is mostly surface. But I wanna know what things would be suggested for me to do to it/with it when I get it. (Pics for reference)
