What should I do?

So basically I’m in grade 10 now in the US and have been taking Spanish since grade 6 but every single time I go into the lesson it’s just so boring and I dislike Spanish so much. This year I get the chance to choose if I want to do a language or not and I chose Spanish because from grade 11-12 for IB you have to choose a language and I’ve been doing Spanish for 4 years so naturally I picked Spanish. My school offers French ab initio so do you think I should stop Spanish this year and take ab intio French next year?
