My game doesnt have a launcher icon, the voices aren't loading and I'm having issues with the graphics. Whats going on?

So, I can only launch the game cause I use the option to start with the windows, so it stays at the lower bar. Characters are speaking but I can only see the subtitles, I even tried changing the language but it didnt work. About the graphics, I dont have much problem but it should run really well in my PC but things like hair keep lagging and not working properly with other pieces. Is there some way to fix all of this? I tried uninstalling it, but it keeps coming back. I can't seem to find an option to create a shortcut for the launcher as well. It's so annoying.
