Which one to buy?

I have two queries:

I’m confused if I should go for Rtx 4050 and save money or go for Rtx 4060?

Also the same specs are available in Lenovo Loq as well, shall I select MSI or Lenovo Loq?

Ps: I only play Cs2 and Valorant nothing else, and I need atleast 180-200+ fps on low or medium settings!
